Sanitary level sampling valve

Application

▪  The sanitary series sterile sampling valve must undergo disinfection and microbial treatment (SIP) before and after each sampling operation. The material is directly sealed with a diaphragm, without dead corners, and the Sha bacteria are more thorough. It can be continuous and sterile sampling can be carried out at any time. Widely used in the brewing, beverage, dairy, and biopharmaceutical industries.

Operational principle

▪  Portable sterile sampling valve, which is usually in a closed state, can be used for sterilization treatment of valve seats, valve cores, etc. through left and right interfaces. When the handle is lifted up, the valve opens, and fluid can flow out of the sampling port in an instant. The handle can be removed (as needed), and its design meets the requirement of achieving aseptic effect during sampling.

▪  The manual and pneumatic integrated sterile sampling valve is usually in a closed state. The valve can be opened manually or pneumatically. When the valve is opened, the valve stem and diaphragm sealing component will contract, allowing liquid to pass through. Its design is designed to achieve aseptic results during sampling.

Technical data

▪  Pressure valve body: 304/306L Other metal components: 304/316L Diaphragm: E PDM (standard) Product pressure: Under standard conditions, up to 6bar (86psi) can be provided with a pressure of 10bar as required.

▪  Disinfection temperature of mie bacteria with high temperature, dry steam: 121-134 ℃. Steam must be dry because condensed water can damage the diaphragm. We suggest to the user that after every 100 sampling operations or mie bacterial treatments, the membrane should be replaced
