Itroduction to functional features
▪ This series of anti mixing valves can effectively prevent mixing and separate two immiscible media. When the valve is closed, there is a double seal between the upper and lower pipelines, effectively preventing mixed flow between the pipelines. If the sealing element is damaged, the leakage can be discharged from the body through the leakage chamber in the valve core, and effective observation and timely repair and replacement of accessories can be carried out. This series of products has multiple specifications and forms to choose from.
Operational principle
▪ The basic dual seat anti mixing valve series is remotely operated by compressed air. This valve is normally closed under normal circumstances.
▪ This type of valve has two independent valve core seals, which form a leakage chamber connected to the atmosphere during normal operation. In the event of occasional accidents or product leaks, the product will flow into this leakage chamber and be discharged from the discharge port, without causing contamination or mixing of the product; When the valve is in the open state, the leakage chamber is closed, and there is no product overflow during the normal operation of the valve. Therefore, the transported products can flow from one pipeline to another. This type of valve can be CIP cleaned.
▪ The Yongde Xin double seat valve series is equipped with a Baode 1066 intelligent controller, which not only enables remote control of the double seat valve, but also enables real-time monitoring of the valve's working status, and can only be equipped with position sensors.
