Tank base valve

Application

▪  This valve is a pneumatic operated single seat valve installed at the bottom of the tank, used in industries such as dairy, food processing, beverage production, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals.

Operating principle

▪  Operated by single acting or double acting actuators

▪  Compressed air pushes the shaft to open or close the valve

▪  Valve structure: The valve seat is opened into the valve, thereby avoiding accidental opening of the valve due to pipeline overpressure.

▪  Product overcurrent steel components: 304/316L

▪  Product overcurrent seal: EPDM

▪  Pressure of large products in the pipeline: 1000kpa (10bar)

▪  Pressure of large products in the storage tank: 1 000kPa (10bar), if the high temperature is 20 ℃ 8 50kPa (8.5bar), if the high temperature is 100 ℃ 7 50kPa (7.5bar), if the high temperature is 150 ℃

▪  Small product pressure: vacuum

▪  Temperature range: -10 ℃ to 135 ℃ (EFDM)

▪  Air pressure: 400 to 800kpa (4-8bar)
