Anti leakage butterfly valve

Application

▪ Sanitary leak proof butterfly valves are used in stainless steel pipeline systems and are widely used in most fluid process applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries.

Operational principle

▪ This anti leakage butterfly valve provides a simple and material separation method to prevent accidental mixing of materials even if the sealing ring is damaged. It is commonly used to isolate materials that require safe separation and for single group CIP cleaning (not valve array components), or at the end of valve array components (such as CIP return) or CIP solution input into tanks (through cleaning balls).

Operational principle

▪ Convenient appearance design and disassembly.

▪ The design of the disc plate has good sealing, and if there is a leak, it can be detected and discharged from the sewage outlet.

▪ Valves are available in manual or pneumatic mode, with intelligent controllers or proximity switches.

▪ Imported seals have strong resistance to acid, alkali, and high temperature, with minimal compression deformation.
