The ZXBSY self priming pump is designed after digesting and absorbing the advantages of similar foreign products, surveying and improving, with a compact and reasonable structure and precise manufacturing. The materials of the self priming pump are all made of acid resistant stainless steel (AISI 316 standard), which has particularly significant acid and alkali corrosion resistance and meets food hygiene requirements.
The characteristic of ZXB-SY self-priming pump is that it can transport liquid mixed with air or foam, even in the pump chamber with only air.
This pump generates a negative pressure of 0.6 in the pump chamber by compressing air, and is widely used in the fluid industry as a self priming pump for liquid transportation. Especially used in CIP cleaning systems, the liquid in the tank and CIP return pipeline is self aspirated and transported to keep the pipeline free of water accumulation.
