Application

▪  Sanitary check valves are used in stainless steel pipeline systems to prevent fluid backflow.


Operational principle

▪  When the pressure below the valve stem exceeds the pressure above the valve stem and the spring force, the check valve opens.

▪  When the pressure on the valve stem is balanced, the valve will close.

▪  A higher reverse pressure will act on the valve stem to close it.


Standard design

▪  The valve body of a check valve is divided into two parts, assembled together with clamps and sealed with a sealing ring. A guide disc can be used to guide the spring and is equipped with a rectangular sealing ring for the valve core. This type of check valve series has welded, clamp, and external threaded connection ports, which can be suitable for various pipeline connections.


Technical data

▪  If the check valve is installed in a vertical pipeline, the pressure required to open the valve is approximately 6Kp a, the pressure for transporting large materials is 1000Kp a, and the operating temperature range is -10 ℃ -135 ℃.
